Medium is a certified Chauffeur and has over 15 years of experience as a professional driver. He also possesses a Defensive Driving Certificate. Medium first worked with Applied Technology Ltd (ATL) as Driver and Tyre Fitter before joining Malawi Agro-forestry as Personal Driver to the Director. He also worked with the Canadian High Commission/CIDA for 8years and was chauffeur to the Deputy Director of DFID thereafter. Medium Banda has managed to advance his knowledge of vehicles that would allow him to make minor repairs and ensure preventive maintenance
